About Tartarus

Tatrus arose from an ambition to craft a space for musing on films and books: a world truly my own, unfettered by the controls of others. Just a place I made, where magic happens as I go. I remember thinking I wanted it to be somewhere my eyes could glow again, the way they did when I was a kid and dreamed of building a world.

It was never meant to be finished. The point was the making. A room of my own where a film could sit beside a book, and a half-formed idea could be allowed to grow without anyone asking it to justify itself. No audience to please, no shape imposed from outside. Only the slow work of arranging light, language, and memory until the place felt inhabited.

That is what the glow was. Not spectacle, but recognition: the old feeling that a world could be built by hand, and that staying inside it long enough might make it real. Tatrus is that attempt. A private architecture for wonder, kept open so the dreaming does not have to end.
